Our recommendation on Liberty GARDEN 704 is a tough one to say the least. While it is a great looking decorative hose reel and it appears to be made out of quality materials, the negative reviews from actual customers is quite hard to ignore.
If we seen that maybe one or two people who use these units in their garden had a less than favorable review, we may be able to weight that out. The fact is, there are numerous reviews that state that this garden hose reel has sprung leaks, is flimsy, was broke when it was shipped and the list goes on.
Our recommendation is that Liberty GARDEN 704 may not be the best decorative wall mounted hose reel that one can buy. That being said, it is unclear at the amount of “abuse” the people who left negative reviews of the product actually put their hose reel through.
